We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our corporate SJE team. This role may be hybrid and work out of any of our US based SJE locations. The job: As our Data Analyst, your primary role will be to maintain and debug existing BI reports, and ad-hoc Requests. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, defining and tracking new metrics and assisting with verifying the integrity of the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse). You will collaborate with various departments to fulfill data needs and create reports as requested. The skills you need: To succeed in this role, you must: Be proficient in using BI tools and SQL (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) Be able to analyze data for integrity and accuracy Have experience being tool agnostic Possess strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and have a passion for data-driven decision-making A 4-year degree in Management Information Systems. Data Analytics or equivalent degree and 2-5 years of experience are preferred. When you are considering a new job, it is normal to have a ton of questions. Here are a few questions we are asked all the time. What are the hours? Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays. What is the starting wage? The starting salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000/year depending on location and experience. What benefits do you offer?
