Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with entering, updating, and maintaining company information accurately in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and can manage large amounts of data with precision. The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting the overall business operations.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50 - $31.00 hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and verify data into company databases and systems.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
• Perform data searches and retrieve information upon request.
• Compile, sort, and organize data before entering it.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries from the database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
• Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide data support to team members.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the office team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
