ROLE SUMMARY: The Delivery Specialist/Long Haul Driver is the lifeline to our customers and business partners. Happy, Hungry, & Focused customer service is an absolute must as we expect this role to assist in building upon our wonderfully established relationships with our business partners/clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience, customer service experience, and a clean driving record.

- You are comfortable with technology and navigating untraveled roads
- You enjoy being in a company provided vehicle for 8+ hours per day
- You are comfortable with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to travel to territories outside your normal radius
- You have good judgement skills and are able to operate with discretion maintaining company confidentiality
- You have solid verbal and written communication skills which enable you to provide top notch customer service and connect with individuals at all levels
WHAT YOU'VE DONE: - Minimum 1 year of delivery/long haul driving experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Box truck experience preferred
- Cannabis experience is a plus
- Comfortable with technology and learning new apps and systems
- Flexible with handling continuous change
- Detail oriented and able to keep meticulous records of paperwork
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Make B2B deliveries daily to our valued clients in cannabis dispensaries
- Make procurement/ product pick ups from our business partners
- Long Haul route once per week on average
- Manage inventory for deliveries and pick-ups
- Handle cash when picking up payment for accounts receivable
- Follow internal procedures and SOP's to keep cash organized and protected
- Complete daily reports associated with deliveries and pick-ups
- Provide outstanding business partner/client service
- Share product knowledge with business partners/clients as directed

- Collaborate with sales team to assist with supporting delivery changes, sharing product issues, communicating payment matters, etc.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Able to drive a van and/or car for eight (8) - twelve (12) plus hours daily
- Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs daily
- Able to stoop, stretch, twist, bend, etc.
- Good vision and hearing
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
