Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialists is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail required. Ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback.

• Responsible for carrying out daily production requirements to BonaDent Dental Laboratories Standards
• Responsible for reading and following Doctors prescriptions and preferences
• Responsible for the organization, prioritizing, and planning of daily workload
• Must be able to take constructive feedback and demonstrate ability to adjust based on said feedback
• Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or problems
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and clean bench
• Use different kinds of hand tools and equipment
• Recognize and report problem cases or cases that need additional prep work
• General Reliability and Dependability
• Work independently or seek help if needed
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with colleagues, management and other departmental representatives
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to do precise and detailed work
• Multi-task oriented with strong time management skills

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm (includes a 30 minute lunch break, flexibility and overtime as needed)
