We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics, and be skilled in creating and executing content strategies that engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and support business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and generate customer leads across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be working directly with our outsourced marketing company, leading the analysis and optimization of our digital marketing efforts while gathering the internal information necessary to effectively execute their strategies. This role requires collaboration and communication to ensure alignment between our goals and the marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage social media accounts and curate content that promotes brand values and messaging. Create content for social media platforms and company newsletters. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility, optimize content for search engines, and drive organic traffic. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions, to increase client engagement and retention. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Keep up with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing tools and content creation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing and content creation in a similar role, with a solid understanding of marketing principles, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and familiarity with email marketing tools. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity in all marketing activities. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, HR, Finance) to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing marketing processes and implement continuous improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Detailed understanding of SEO best practices and compliance requirements related to digital marketing.
