Wag’n Tails is the leader in mobile grooming and mobile veterinary vehicle solutions. We were founded by a pet care professional who believed that pet care is healthier for pets and more convenient for pet parents when delivered at home. We have decades of experience designing, engineering, and manufacturing efficient and reliable specialty vehicles for both mobile pet groomers and mobile veterinarians.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in digital marketing platform management, integrated campaign planning, and a strong command of Salesforce to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization for full funnel marketing automation, while also managing performance across the owned digital platform.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to manage paid and organic campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure our message connects with the right people at the right time. You should be fluent in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and GA4 - and comfortable juggling data, creative, and timelines. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands why campaigns succeed or fail and knows how to pivot when needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement customer journeys, nurture flows, and automation strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including SEO and SEM tactics.
  • Maintain and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless Salesforce integration with key platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate PPC/CPC performance to improve marketing ROI.
  • Use Salesforce CRM for audience segmentation, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Analyze performance data using Salesforce and Google Analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing and data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CCPA).

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS with hands-on experience building omni-channel marketing journeys.
  • Skilled in creating personalized, real-time experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Experience analyzing campaign and website performance, building reports/dashboards, and optimizing ROAS.
  • Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing across email, landing pages, and ads to boost conversions.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) for audits and keyword research.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, align with sales teams, and handle ad spend across Google, Meta, YouTube, and GA4.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Admin) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization and customer journey automation.
  • Skilled in dynamic content, AMPscript, and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
