Caregiver/Direct Support Professional

Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Assistance with personal cares (bathing, hygiene, toileting
• Assistance with daily living activities according to individuals’ care plans
• Implementation of individual support plans
• Tracking or charting of daily data
• Attendance in team meetings
• Completion of assigned training Other duties as assigned

Pay:

• $14.00 - $16/hr

Areas of Responsibility:

• Fond Du Lac
• We will place you in an area that is closest to home and the best fit

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass TB test
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses (preferred)
• Drivers license (preferred)

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
• Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for accessing spaces and performing ground-level activities Walk, stand, and engage in continuous physical activities during cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasks
