Candidates can be based out of any geography but are expected to be onsite at a client's manufacturing plant. This is a billable, client-facing role focused on training, mentoring, and coaching teams in the evolution and continued operational excellence of Project Farmas practice areas. Success requires technical expertise, business acumen, advanced people skills, and a consulting mindset to deliver technical and business solutions.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We will not sponsor visa applications for this position. This role may require significant travel to support project and business needs. A valid driver's license is required.
