This is a full-time, hybrid direct hire position. Compensation for this position is expected to be 125-175K.
As Director of Project and Operations Management, you will serve as the strategic right hand to the agency leader, building out the project management practice while leading all aspects of resourcing and operations. This high-impact, collaborative role is focused on optimizing workflow, defining operational responsibilities, and supporting a diverse portfolio of creative and product-driven work. 8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related leadership role within a creative or product-focused environment.
