Our client is looking for a seasoned Director of Sales to drive tactical sales implementation and foster team growth within their expanding business. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to engage with affluent clientele while cultivating and guiding a team of sales professionals in an upscale retail setting. The organization focuses on fine art from the 17th-20th centuries, premium jewelry, and collectible antiques, catering to sophisticated collectors and luxury purchasers. With ongoing business expansion, they require a results-driven leader capable of connecting strategic vision with hands-on execution while cultivating a robust sales talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization: Establish and enhance sales methodologies to boost efficiency, customer interaction, and conversion success Sales Analytics: Evaluate sales patterns and team output, creating comprehensive reports and strategic insights for executive management Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline creation, forecasting, and performance tracking utilizing sophisticated CRM systems (Salesforce, Gong) Team Leadership & Development: Guide, mentor, and cultivate 5-6 sales consultants to achieve and surpass individual and collective performance targets Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer partnerships with emphasis on maximizing customer lifetime value Outbound Strategy Leadership: Direct team efforts in developing strong pipeline through diverse outbound approaches (phone calls, email campaigns, text messaging) and face-to-face sales Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and gallery personnel to ensure sales team receives essential resources, training, and product expertise Performance Management: Convert underperforming team members into high achievers through customized coaching strategies Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate closely with senior management to execute tactical sales approaches that generate substantial revenue and profit increases Technology Proficiency: Proven success in optimizing sales workflows and systems; advanced CRM competency required Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate expectations, strategies, and performance indicators Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred Luxury Sales Background: 5+ years of experience in luxury product or service sales, preferably in 6-7 figure transaction ranges Management Experience: 7-10 years of sales leadership experience, including team management and strategic sales execution Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record in pipeline development, high-value deal closure, and nurturing long-term client partnerships Team Development: Proven capability to elevate underperforming team members into top performers Preferred Qualifications Leadership Style: Capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities while maintaining a supportive and collaborative management approach CRM Expertise: Extensive management experience with Salesforce and Gong platforms Strategic Thinking: Experience contributing innovative concepts for team organization and sales process enhancement Industry Experience: Background in luxury brands, premium retail, or B2B sales environments Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical abilities for sales forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and comprehensive reporting Base Salary: $120,000 annually Total Compensation: Target total compensation approximately $250,000 with performance-based bonuses, excluding commission Commission Structure: Competitive bonus/commission structure based on team performance and individual contribution - Lucrative Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holiday schedule On-site fitness facility Professional development opportunities Relocation assistance available (lump sum) Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
