About the Role:

We are seeking a professional, motivated Dryer Vent Technician to join our growing team. You will install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients while providing exceptional customer service .

This is a field-based role requiring mechanical skills, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems

• Inspect dryer vent systems to identify and diagnose issues

• Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of services provided

• Provide exceptional customer communication and service
  
  
• Adhere to all safety regulations

• Continuously improve your skills through training and learning

• Comfortable rerouting dryer vent systems to meet code requirements

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands

• Mechanical aptitude (HVAC experience a plus but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and organized

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics

• Comfortable using tablet-based technology for documentation

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay structure, typically earning $22$30/hr equivalent based on performance and efficiency.
