Confidential Opening – eDiscovery Consultant (RelativityOne Expert)

A respected legal organization in the St. Louis area is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Consultant to join their team. This is a confidential search for a professional with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, particularly in working with attorneys and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in RelativityOne , handling tasks such as document loading, indexing, imaging, OCR, productions, exports, and workspace creation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hosting-related issues including permissions, coding rules, document moves/deletions, and FTP uploads.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of eDiscovery tasks.
• Lead and manage high-volume caseloads, including administrative oversight and ticketing coordination with hosting teams.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid Schedule : In-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus one additional day chosen by the employee. Potential to reduce to one day per week after training.
• Interview Process : Single virtual interview via Zoom. Background and conflict checks follow offer acceptance (2-week process).
• Dress Code : Business Professional for interviews; Business Casual for daily office wear.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with RelativityOne in an administrator or advanced user capacity.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with attorneys and legal staff.
• Experience managing large volumes of cases and coordinating across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
