We are seeking career changers from the education field who want a new challenge in a growing industry. As an Education-to-Sales Consultant , you’ll use your communication and people skills to help families secure life insurance coverage. No prior sales experience is required —we provide step-by-step training, mentorship, and all necessary resources .

Speak with families who have requested information about coverage options
Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations to assess their needs
Present customized life insurance solutions and guide clients through enrollment
Build strong client relationships with professionalism and empathy
Follow company systems for record keeping and communication
Background in teaching, education, or other people-focused roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
Comfortable working remotely and using technology
Must obtain a state life insurance license (we assist with this process)
1099 independent contractor role
Performance-based income with no cap on earnings
