UPI Builders is looking for an Electrician Helper to assist our experienced electricians in various tasks related to installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the electrical field and gain hands-on experience. As an Electrician Helper, you will work under the supervision of licensed electricians, helping with the setup of tools and materials, following safety protocols, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

• Assist electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Help with wiring, lighting, and outlet installations.
• Load and unload tools and equipment needed for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions and directions from the lead electrician.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A desire to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
