Join a growing team where your work matters! IPCMobile is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to help keep our products customized. This is a stable, full-time role with consistent hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) and excellent benefits from day one.

The Electronics Assembler should be able to follow instructions, reading BOMs (bill of materials) to assemble electronic products. The successful candidate will be able to work well with their hands and smaller tools, be creative, have an innovative approach to his or her work, and will never shy away from offering frank observations and recommendations. We are looking for a highly organized, methodical individual with experience in electronics assembly.

What You’ll Do

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Physical activity expectations for the position include: - repetitive hand motions (such as on small electrical components, using screw drivers, etc.).
  - continuous sitting, standing, listening.
  - often walking, bending/stooping, balancing, lifting up to 30 lbs.
  - seldom climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, pulling/pushing, lifting up to/over 50 lbs. Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)
• Irvine, CA – minutes from John Wayne Airport
