ASX has been awarded multiple patents and DoD/State contracts for our heavy lift electric VTOL platform and AeroNet UTM product. • 5+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably in automotive or IoT.
• Experience with V2X or wireless SoCs (e.g., Autotalks, Qualcomm) is a plus.

Responsibilities • Design and implement low-level firmware and drivers for V2X modems, RF transceivers, and hardware security modules (eHSM).

• Optimize software for ultra-low-latency communication to support safety-critical applications like automatic braking.
• Integrate software with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and automotive platforms, developing them to ISO 26262 (ASIL-B) objectives.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to debug and validate performance using tools like JTAG and Keysight’s PathWave.

Skills 1. Expertise in C/C++ for embedded systems (5+ years) to write efficient, reliable firmware. 2. Experience with RTOS (e.g., QNX, Green Hills, FreeRTOS) for real-time, safety-critical applications. 3. Knowledge of SoC architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex) and hardware interfacing (SPI, I2C, UART). 4. Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR) to ensure safety and reliability. 5. Strong debugging skills using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
