Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various key account teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: 60-70/hr 

What's the Job?

• Lead 15 - 50 small projects simultaneously with over 10 key deliverables, spanning 24 - 36 months in duration with more than 7 team members.
• Record project information in a centralized project management system.
• Define initial project schedules and actively manage them to drive projects to completion.
• Communicate key project schedule information to internal teams and key customer contacts.
• Manage changes to parts that are already in production and ensure that the team meets customer-specific requirements.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to be on-call and support business teams with key change initiatives.
