The Enterprise Account Manager at Spectrum Business focuses on using B2B consultative sales expertise to increase renewal sales, win back lost clients, and upsell high-capacity fiber-based networking services. This role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored product proposals to enterprise organizations. How you can make a difference :

  • Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • C onsult with former clients to cultivate new opportunities and develop product solut ions .
  • Develop long-term client relationships to support renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate face-to-face meetings with key decision- makers to close deals.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Design and deliver informative and lucrative product proposals and presentations .
  • Maintain an accurate client database to generate sales activity reports .

Required q ualifications:

  • Experience: Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer .
  • Education: High school d iploma or equivalent.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions and fiber connected networks.
  • Skills: R elationship- building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
  • Availability : T ravel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Four or more years of B2B sales experience selling telecommunications products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Familia r with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG .
  • Proficient in Microso ft Office .

The base pay for this position generally is between $47,800.00 and $79,100.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $66,240 .
