Job Description
We are actively hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to join our growing charity marketing and fundraising team . This is a hands-on, performance-based opportunity designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in marketing, leadership, and management .
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training , ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined path to management for high performers.
What You’ll Do:
Represent nationally recognized nonprofit and charity organizations
Execute in-person marketing and fundraising campaigns
Engage with the public to educate and secure ongoing donor support
Learn marketing, sales, and campaign management strategies
Develop leadership skills through daily coaching and team training
Assist with team development, training, and performance tracking
