Cornerstone Marketing Concepts is a leading authorized dealer for AT&T, DirectTV, Frontier, Comcast and ADT. Our Sales department is in search of Retention Representatives to be a part of our team. You should be able to meet and communicate with customers in-person or at the site locations. We are searching for someone who’s ambitious, with leadership qualities, entrepreneur drive, and passion to compete in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Help customers with product questions and resolve issues if any
Establish a professional relationship with business owners and clients
Represent our clients with the utmost professionalism
Help customers learn about the latest promotional plans and deals.
Retain existing customers by lowering their bills.
Required Skills :
Positive attitude and student mentality
Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Extremely self-motivated
Strong work ethic and availability to work full time
No experience necessary, only willingness to learn and excel
Compensation/Perks:
Paid Training for 2 weeks - $500-$800 per week
