QUICK INFO:

Pay: In this part-time role, you'll make $15.00 per hour .

Schedule: You'll be working 10 - 20 hours per week with rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.

HOW YOU'LL SHINE AS OUR ENTRY-LEVEL SAUNA ASSOCIATE

Every day is a new opportunity to build connections and support people along their health and wellness journeys! Customer service will be your top priority, and you'll make every guest feel welcome, respected, and supported in our studio. Here's what you can expect in this part-time position:

• Warmly greeting clients, answering their questions, and checking them into appointments
• Promoting the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and enrolling clients into our membership program
• Leading studio tours, sharing sales promotions, and handling basic administrative duties
• Cleaning the studio, preparing saunas for the next client, and delivering exceptional customer service to support positive health and wellness outcomes
• Moving quickly when needed and performing physically demanding tasks

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to move quickly, use your time efficiently, and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, over the phone, and through email)
• Self-motivation to excel
