About the job Entry-Level Software Support Engineer


Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Software Support Engineer to join our remote team. As a Software Support Engineer, you will give technical assistance and support to our customers by fixing software issues.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.

- Troubleshoot software issues. - Address client problems.

- Work with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales)

- Create and update technical documentation

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field

- 0-2 years of experience in software support or related field

- Strong programming abilities (e.g., Java, Python, C++).

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
