Our Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) specializes in solving complex EHR challenges. We seek skilled technical consultants, including Senior Consultants, to help clients maximize their EHR investments, improve care delivery, and boost profitability. As An Epic Patient Access Consultant, You Will: Lead clients through implementation, optimization, and enhancement of their Epic EHR system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workflows. Partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective use of Epic, enhance workflows, and improve patient outcomes. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity. Identify opportunities for system optimization to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Requirements: Certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing applications with at least 3 years of experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems, including testing, configuration, and validation. Project management skills with experience in Resolute HB applications and workflow design. Willingness and ability to travel weekly (Monday through Thursday), with remote service capabilities as needed. Undergraduate degree (BA, BS) preferred. Current U.S. work authorization required.
