Job Description
The Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for designated projects, including the Epic EMR implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing communications, supporting budget tracking, and assisting with project documentation and reporting. The coordinator will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and will contribute to overall project knowledge and continuity.
This is a project-specific role with an expected duration of 2 years. Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum Work Experience Functional Accountabilities Administrative Support - Manage day-to-day administrative functions for designated Project such as organize and maintain department files and records, perform complex clerical duties and analytics, supply and equipment orders, etc.
- Assist in preparation of Project reports.
- Provide technical assistance to staff members as needed.
Project Communication - Serve as a communication link to other CNHS departments and external groups involved with Project (e.g., coordinate project meeting timelines, convey concerns about project).
- Independently research, develop, and compose presentation materials and speeches in a variety of settings; prepare charts, graphs, reports and results of work.
- Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine potential courses of action and develop appropriate solutions.

Project Coordination - Assist with coordination and completion of projects (e.g., use periodic checks to assess and track the progress of a Project's timeline and/or performance).
- Assist with budget reports, as needed.
- Apply substantive knowledge in order to assist and represent manager thoroughly in the scope, diversity, and complexity of project and organizational commitments
