We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in New York, New York. The individual will be responsible for handling customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Salesforce APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Manage customer applications for credit processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain customer credit records with a high level of precision
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Utilize Salesforce DX in a hands-on capacity
• Use REST & SOAP APIs for seamless integrations
• Leverage skills in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Lightning Platform for effective customer relationship management
• Implement Apex Visualforce in the development and maintenance of customer accounts.• In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce APIs
• Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Platform
• Demonstrable expertise in Apex Visualforce
• Proven experience in the Real Estate & Property industry
• Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and their application in the Real Estate & Property industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
