We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Jr. Salesforce Developer in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be working in the industry, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and custom development of components and flows. You will also be dealing with complex integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements for the migration project.
• Customize and configure Salesforce functionalities, including automation, workflows, and process builders.
• Implement custom Salesforce code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
• Migrate and integrate existing service systems to Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, administrators, and other developers to align solutions with business needs.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and data management/security protocols.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality and data accuracy post-migration.
• Document processes, configurations, and project progress for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in Service Cloud projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning frameworks, including Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce customization tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules).
• Experience with data migration tools, such as Data Loader, ETL tools, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations through REST/SOAP APIs or other integration platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
