The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Environmental Services Attendant to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an Environmental Services Attendant, you will perform custodial duties to keep the property clean and sanitized. What will you do?

• Clean areas, rooms, meeting rooms, and restrooms according to procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Replenish supplies in restrooms 
• Conduct walk-arounds of assigned areas to assure housekeeping standards are met
• Report maintenance repair problems to Supervisor
• Ensure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure, follow directions, and be guest service oriented
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

• Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift
• Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying
• Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and perform washing duties
