Location: Vineyard, Utah
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation: Pay based on experience

About Us:
Screenplay is a growing and dynamic screen-printing company looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our team. As we ramp up for the busy season, we need skilled operators who can efficiently run our screen-printing machines and produce high-quality prints. If you have prior experience operating automatic or manual screen-printing machines and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!

• Operate and maintain automatic and/or manual screen-printing machines
• Set up screens, inks, and squeegees for each job
• Inspect prints for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments
• Follow work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure machines run smoothly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Read and follow instructions, proofs, and job specifications in English

• Previous experience in screen printing required (automatic and/or manual)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain print quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic understanding of ink mixing, screen setup, and machine maintenance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic and reliability
