Job Title:

• Field Installer Supervisor

Location:

• Dania Beach, FL 33004

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• $1,500 USD per week  PLUS gas/vehicle allowance

Job Summary:

• Miami First Remodeling Corporation is a construction company specializing in home improvements. Servicing residential houses and condos since 2006 in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade County.
• Our specialties include residential room additions and renovations from 100K to 1M.

• Miami First Remodeling Corporation is looking for an experienced, motivated supervisor field guy that will have managing experience in:

1. Building exterior shell and wood frame for houses.
2. Know all the room additions stages and inspections.
3. Experience in managing subs.
4. Know how to read all plans ARCHITECT, ENGINEER AND MEP.

Responsibilities:

• You will need to have a reliable car, tools and valid driver license.
• You should be able to know how to install or install yourself: a toilet, sink, shower set, build framing, drywall, paint, touch ups, handyman work and more.
• The primary role is to go to a job site, supervise the room addition subs from start to finish, stand for all inspection, get corrections or approval and move to the next step.
• Be present and count on the necessary permits.
• Reading blueprints & plans.
• Meets remodeling budget.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

• You will need to have a reliable car, tools and valid driver license.

Qualifications:

• You will need to have at least 5-10 years field experience working with general contractors on residential projects such as house remodeling and room additions.
• Looking for a self-motivated, well organized, highly experienced person that can lead, control, and command all field subs and workers in the field.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Great time management and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience working in the construction field.
• A valid driver’s license from state of residence is required.
