Based in Wilmington, NC , this 4-store popular beverage concept will be rapidly expanding in NC, SC, and beyond. The FBC is a pillar for our Franchise Partners during onboarding & build-out. This person is their “go-to” and coach from onboarding to the open sign. Our Project Manager must have a positive mindset and be willing to help Franchise Partners overcome any hurdles. Responsibilities: Manage Project Management Portal. Review site selection, LOI stage, and locations under construction. Assist Franchisees and GCs to ensure brand standards are met during build-out. Update the progress report after 6 months to reflect new strategies for franchisee success. Coordinate build-out activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Communicate project issues directly to the CEO & COO. Review construction documentation for completeness and accuracy. Review bid results, specifications, test and progress reports. Verify permitting requirements. Prepare weekly project status reports. Identify and resolve project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or qualifications. Represent the company in project meetings. Develop relationships with Franchisees and vendors for new opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant franchise relations/support. Valid Driver's License. Willing to travel. On call for Franchisees unless on paid time off.
