We are looking for a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Specialized Finacle Consultant , where you will lead digital transformation processes, core banking platform modernization, and the design of robust banking integration solutions . Lead Finacle migration and upgrade projects, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
Design and develop API strategies, building secure and efficient integration layers on top of the core banking system.
Coordinate and implement integrations between internal and external systems, including middleware, web services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in technical and functional analysis, supporting the development team in delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with technology and business teams in defining requirements and validating integrated solutions.
Document technical processes and implemented architectures throughout project lifecycles.
English level: B2/C1.
Proven experience as a consultant or architect in Finacle-related projects, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of API design, implementation, and management, especially within banking architectures.
Expertise in core banking migration processes, including data analysis, validation, and execution.
Hands-on experience with web services (REST, SOAP), middleware integration, and tools such as MuleSoft, Apigee, WSO2, or similar.
Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and programming languages such as Java, PL/SQL, XML, and JSON.
Background in the banking sector, with knowledge of financial processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomy, leadership, and strong collaboration skills.
High commitment level and focus on delivery quality.
Finacle certifications or certifications in integration/API tools.
Experience with Finacle migrations (to or from the platform).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and project management under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
