Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic work environment where your creativity and compassion can make a meaningful impact? Life Celebration, Inc. is hiring! We create unique, personalized memorial items for funeral services nationwideand wed love for you to join our team.

We are seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative entry-level graphic design professionals to join our print design department . This is a full-time, on-site position with a TuesdaySaturday schedule.

What Youll Do

In this role, youll combine your design skills with customer service, becoming the first point of contact for our clients. Every day, youll make a difference by ensuring each family receives meaningful, high-quality memorial pieces.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  • Create print-ready designs for memorial products
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and maintain quality
  • Bring creativity and innovation to every project

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients by phone and email
  • Process and manage orders with accuracy and care
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
What Were Looking For

Design Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign required)
  • Degree or certificate in Graphic Design (or related field) from an accredited institution
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (required)
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team setting

Customer Service Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time (TuesdaySaturday)
  • Pay: $17.00 $18.00 per hour + bonus pay opportunities
  • Schedule Options: 8-hour shift, 10-hour shift, overtime available
  • Location: Montgomeryville, PA (on-site presence required)
