We manufacture and sell kitchenware and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in small towns throughout the US. We are proud to have built an incredible team of diverse people over the last 14 years in our offices throughout the world. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our HBA Graphic Design team.

The Role:

In this role, you are responsible for packaging and graphic development from concept to production, by creating original & trend forward design concepts and ensuring the timely execution of each stage in the production process. This position requires a strong understanding and experience in the Beauty market.

What you need:

• At least 3 years’ experience in graphic and packaging design for the Beauty market
• BFA or BS in Graphic Design or related major
• Strong level of creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization and design skills
• Strong sense of typography and color
• Visualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos
• Ability to line draw products for line sheet or presentation
• Packaging design experience both primary and secondary
• Understanding of beauty and bath products
• Adapt and utilize templates to create large number of print ready files across various beauty and bath packages
• Work on a variety of projects from start to finish, concepting and designing for packaging of beauty and bath products
• Knowledge of print and packaging, production methods, technologies and creative standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multiple projects, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills
• Keen eye for detail and being thorough
• Review samples and give comments or approvals
• Adapt designs based on feedback
• Be aware and passionate about key fashion/beauty market trends

This is a very fast paced position, suitable to someone who thrives working across multiple projects simultaneously with a variety of design directions.
