About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Development for Cybersecurity and Privacy. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the business development function within a global practice group, with a focus on generating new revenue and enhancing the brand profile in the areas of cybersecurity, privacy, information governance, eDiscovery, information technology, eCommerce, and intellectual property. The successful candidate will be highly visible and partner-facing, supporting day-to-day needs and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Key responsibilities include tracking and supporting go-to-market strategies, developing compelling messaging to drive awareness and recognition, facilitating the bid process, and assisting in the execution of business development initiatives to create awareness of the sector's strengths. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a confident and persuasive business development manager with significant experience in cybersecurity and privacy. A proven track record of developing deep, productive relationships with key stakeholders and clients is essential. The role requires the ability to develop positioning statements, value propositions, and other key messaging, as well as the facilitation of the bid process in collaboration with lead lawyers. The Head of Business Development will also be involved in providing input on cross-sell opportunities with priority targets to expand the portfolio of services.
