Healthcare Customer Service Representative Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $19.19 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Healthcare Customer Service Representative Highlights
This position is a contract-to-hire role based on performance, attendance, and business needs
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Onsite in Davidson, NC
Healthcare Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of customer service, including responding to inquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders and provide timely follow-up services
Research and troubleshoot customer issues of varying levels of complexity
Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers
Healthcare Customer Service Representative Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience highly preferred
Retail and/or healthcare experience strongly desired
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
