Consultant- Healthcare/Health plan experience
Remote - PST hours
We are looking for a dynamic Consultant with 5-10 years of experience at top-tier consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, or KPMG. This client-facing role focuses on healthcare and health plan operations, requiring expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, and MS Teams. The Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, and support the implementation of operational improvements, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing strategies and executing solutions to optimize healthcare and health plan operations.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare work stream status reports using Smartsheets and PowerPoint.
• Create various PowerPoint presentations covering approach, strategy, high-level schedules, and risk/issue articulation.
• Develop Excel models to support executive decision-making.
• Facilitate work stream team meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
• Use MS Teams for online meetings and collaboration.
• Analyze operational data, creating models and flow charts to support decision-making.
• Partner with senior team members to implement customized solutions in healthcare operations and organizational change.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience at top consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY, KPMG, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, health plan processes, and change management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, and flow chart creation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in facilitating and following up on work stream team meetings.
