Recruiter – Healthcare Staffing (Remote Position)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a Healthcare Staffing company who is making a meaningful difference in rural healthcare! Do you enjoy connecting with healthcare providers to help them find impactful work? If so, consider joining our client as a Recruiter specializing in healthcare staffing for rural and remote communities.

Position Overview:

The Recruiter’s mission is to use excellent customer service and judgment to build a pipeline of highly qualified medical providers and guide them through the screening and onboarding process. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding providers for locum assignments. A successful Recruiter will continuously manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure provider profiles are updated. The Recruiter serves as a professional representative of the organization, fostering positive relationships with providers and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a Talent Pool:
    • Actively source healthcare providers through various channels.
    • Review resumes to assess experience, skills, and interests that align with job requirements.
  • Onboarding:
    • Follow established processes to ensure accurate and thorough onboarding documentation.
    • Maintain the integrity of provider data.
  • Provider Experience:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical providers.
    • Seek ways to enhance the provider experience.
  • Grow the Network:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to expand the network of potential providers and place them into assignments.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Communicate promptly, professionally, and honestly with providers.
    • Maintain excellent documentation and collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Contribute to the strategic planning for the Recruiting department.

Remote (Work-From-Home) Requirements:

  • Ability to work standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM Pacific or Mountain Standard Time).
  • Dedicated, quiet, and private workspace.
  • Reliable high-speed internet for video calls and daily tasks.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to manage a busy schedule independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000–$80,000 DOE.
  • Additional Compensation: Quarterly profit sharing.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, generous PTO, retirement plan with 4% match, paid birthday leave, and annual in-person retreats.
