TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and vehicles powered by diesel and gasoline engines. This role involves providing mechanical support for a diverse fleet, including trucks, trailers, hydraulic cranes, drilling rig engines, forklifts, and mud pumps.

Mechanical Support Responsibilities

The mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and repair of various machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include working with trucks, trailers, hydraulic cranes, drilling rig engines, forklifts, and mud pumps to guarantee their optimal performance and reliability.

Required Experience

Applicants must have hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This expertise is essential for managing the wide range of machinery and components used in daily operations.

Key Duties

· Rebuild, maintain, and repair diesel and gasoline trucks, cars, and trailers

· Service hydraulic cranes, hoists, and air compressors

· Maintain and repair drilling and service rig engines, mud pumps, rotary tables, drilling swivels, and kellies

· Perform repairs on backhoes, forklifts, and other mechanized equipment

Essential Skills

· Proficiency in automotive diagnostics

· Comprehensive mechanical knowledge and experience

· Effective use of hand tools

· Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair

· Knowledge of transmissions, air brake systems, and alignment

· Familiarity with hydraulics, suspension, and HVAC systems

· Dealership experience is a plus

· Ability to work with heavy equipment and industrial machinery

· Ability to operate a forklift to position parts for repairs

· Strong customer service skills

· Welding and fabrication experience is a bonus

· EPA and OSHA certifications are beneficial
