Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club is a private, high-end yacht club with an active marina and large-vessel dry storage operation. We are seeking an experienced heavy marine forklift operator to support daily launch and retrieval using large-capacity Wiggins equipment.
This is not a warehouse forklift role . The right candidate has prior experience handling boats or operating heavy equipment in a marina, boatyard, or shipyard environment and understands the responsibility and risk that comes with moving high-value vessels.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Naples, FL, for a Heavy Marine Forklift Operator specializing in the safe operation of a Wiggins Marina Bull (Large Capacity). The operator will be responsible for safely lifting, relocating, and storing boats, maintaining equipment, ensuring routine checks, and managing marina traffic to provide seamless dockside services. The role also requires coordination with the broader team to support exceptional member experiences and uphold safety and operational standards.
