Location: Onsite Training in Franklin, WI (Hybrid or Fully Remote Options After Training)
Pay Rate: $25.21/hour (Shift differential possible but not yet determined)
Start Date: Tuesday, January 14, 2024
Interview Start Date: Monday, December 9, 2023

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them resolve inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Work across various shifts (day, evening, overnight, and weekends) depending on your availability and preferences.
• Deliver top-notch service that ensures customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates who can commute to Franklin, WI for onsite training.
• Flexible schedule availability , including a mix of weekdays, weekends, and various shifts.
• Any level of customer service experience —from retail and food service to call centers and beyond.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.

Work Schedule:

• Training Period : Must be onsite in Franklin, WI. Training duration TBD.
• Post-Training :
• Day Shifts (6 AM–6 PM, Mon–Fri) : Hybrid (on campus Mon–Wed).
• Evening, Overnight, or Weekend Shifts : Fully remote.
