Job Description
Join us as a Home Solutions Consultant at Upstanding Roofing Texas . We offer hands-on training from top closers in the industry and uncapped earning potential. This role includes a commission-only structure after an initial 6-week training period with a base salary.
Responsibilities
Proactively generate new sales leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Upstanding Roofing's services to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by consistently providing superior service.
Achieve or exceed established sales targets and accurately track and report sales progress.
Qualifications
Experience within the roofing, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus.
B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Strong commitment to achieving results and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a performance-driven team.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including CRM software, email communication, and standard office applications.
