Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in various community settings Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Document client progress and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field with CSW or NCC preferred Licensed or license-eligible therapist in the state of South Dakota preferred Experience providing therapy to individuals and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team At Southeastern Directions for Life, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals of all ages in our community.
