About the Role:

As a Honda Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our dealership. Your primary objective will be to connect potential customers with the right Honda vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the initial inquiry through to the final sale. This position requires a deep understanding of Honda's product offerings and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively. Ultimately, your success will contribute to the dealership's overall performance and reputation in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in dealership sales or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience selling Honda vehicles or familiarity with the Honda brand.
• Sales certifications or training in automotive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about Honda vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall sales goals.
