POSITION SUMMARY:

We currently have a full-time Housekeeper opening for those with housekeeping skills who enjoy variety and flexibility in their day. 

What will your day be like?

Your day will begin by checking the schedule for the properties you’ll be cleaning. Next, you will proceed to the residence to conduct a check-out cleaning and stage the space in time for the upcoming reservation. These tasks include deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, restocking linens and toiletries, and promptly reporting any maintenance concerns to the team for efficient resolution. 

This role is an ideal fit if you prefer methodical, detail-oriented tasks. You’ll be free to work alone or as a team while listening to podcasts or your favorite playlists while preparing the home for our next guests.

Because our cleaning team is a significant part of our company and ensures every stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable, we’re looking for a highly conscientious and reliable housekeeper. While this full-time position requires an experienced housekeeper, we're also willing to train the right candidate if you’re motivated and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, restroom cleaning, exterior touch-ups, etc.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.
• Stock and perform staging duties as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager
• Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred - but we are willing to train 
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A team player with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in fast-paced environments. 
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel to different properties throughout the day.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Cleaning Rate Range: Flat rate fees ranging from $150 to $500 are applied to each home.

Schedule: Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
