CFS is currently partnered with a company in Holyoke, MA looking to identify an HR Assistant.

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant

• Assist the HR team with administrative duties handling confidential employee files
• The HR Assistant will assist with benefits and leaves
• The HR Assistant will assist with documenting and streamlining processes
• Ability to learn multiple HR facets

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or years of experience, or any combination
• Passion for HR, wants to grow in this field!
• Exposure to benefits would be a huge plus
