Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role in Brazil. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and proven hands-on experience in recruitment, termination, payroll, and arbitration. Fluent in Portuguese, with working proficiency in English or Mandarin for communication with headquarters. Excellent communication, cross-cultural management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in internet or technology companies is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies for the Brazil subsidiary in alignment with the headquarters’ objectives. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and employment contract management, to attract top local talent efficiently. Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws in all HR processes, including hiring, termination, payroll, working hours, leave, and employee compensation. Manage employee relations, handle labor disputes and arbitration, and mitigate legal risks for the company. Lead and execute compliant termination processes, including negotiations, severance packages, and legal documentation. Design and monitor performance evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms to enhance team efficiency and employee satisfaction. Support headquarters in understanding and adapting to Brazilian labor policies, regulations, and cultural differences. Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, external law firms, recruitment agencies, and other HR-related partners.
