Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Greenville, SC. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, including the implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel records. Daily tasks will involve employee time card management, assisting with payroll management, employee benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while maintaining positive employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and developing HR Policies is a plus
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High level of attention to detail required
• Self starter
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Willingness to work with 401k administrator through a third party
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google
• Experience with ACA reporting preferred, but not mandatory. 
• Experience using ADP payroll preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment
