Position Overview

Local 40-year-old HVAC Company is looking for a Install Manager with 5 years minimum experience. This individual must have a good technical background. Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' service experience
• Able to install both residential and light commercial equipment
• Must have a valid driver's license
• EPA required
• Freon certification
• Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong desire for continued growth and learning

General Responsibilities:

• Review of customer concerns and complaints
• Attend all company meetings
• Facilitate monthly safety/training meetings
• Maintain the highest customer service standards possible
• Strong desire for continued growth and learning
• Maintain grooming and vehicle standards
• Maintain a clean driving record

Oversee and manage Installers:

• Maintain positive relationship with field personnel
• Backup to complete installs when needed
• Provide technical support for Installers in the field
• Ensure quality work is completed in the field
• Train and develop new Installers as assigned
• Attend offsite training with Install staff as necessary
• Identify performance deficiencies and develop a plan to correct deficiencies
• Plan a development path for each Installers and an annual training plan
