Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning in Newton Falls, OH was established in 1934 and has proudly been serving the area for 91 years.

We are a growing company with a vision and we are currently accepting applications for HVAC installers, technicians and sheet metal fabricators.

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience.


• Looking for individuals who have experience with forced air heating and cooling systems, boilers, geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, water tanks, and rooftop units.
  


• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installations, repair and trouble-shooting, ductwork installation and fabrication, as well as preventative maintenance.


• Candidates must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.


• New company vehicle to be provided after probationary period.


• Must be familiar with using dispatch software.


• It is imperative that candidates be punctual and professional.


• 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Minimal on-call schedule.


• Up to $40/hour based on experience and skill set.


• Paid holidays.


• Health insurance fully paid by employer.


• 2 weeks paid vacation after probationary period.


• $2500.00-$10,000.00 sign on bonus, based on experience and after satisfactory probationary period.
