Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal ducts, fittings, and HVAC systems.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and tools to ensure efficient and code-compliant installations.
- Collaborate with ANI team members and subcontractors to complete projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for all clients.
- Forecast, plan, and manage materials, schedules, and timelines to ensure project success.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with IMC and IFC (Mechanical and Gas/Fuel Codes).
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Master/Journeyman license is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in retro/change-out work and HVAC installation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in summer heat and winter cold.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and possess safe work habits.
- Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
